Have had a bad experience with an employee and I vowed to never go back because of her. But I did and dealt with PAM she definitely redeemed this business for me. Thank you for all your help… So Kevin,be thankful that she is an employee that is how your customers SHOULD be treated…

They went our of their way to help us with upgrades and a replacement phone. They took our calls, help set up email…reloaded contacts, etc. They helped us select “upgrade” phones…and answered questions with expertise and smiles!
Because of these helpful ladies, we will be sure to use your store and recommend friends to do business with the store.

Treated Like a Person Not a Number…
I wanted to let you know I went to your Verizon store on Arsenal Street yesterday and was assisted by Pamela Young. Let me give you some great feedback.
I actually went in on August 21st , Amber and Pam were both working. The store was crazy with a lots of customers and six small children running around. It was crazy! I was greeted with a smile, hello and we will be with you as soon as we can by both girls. I waited a bit but had someplace to be and left knowing I would be back the next day. The girls were stressed but were handling the situation with the “crazy” kids wonderfully. You should be very happy with their customer service. They work amazing under pressure, noise and stress never letting it show to the customer.
I came back yesterday, August 22nd to replace my phone. (I dropped it in my pool) . Pam assisted me, explained the pros and con of the phones I had chosen. She even remembered seeing me there the day before, which was nice. I replaced my phone with your store even though it cost me $18.00 more than going to the Verizon store because I was impressed by the Customer Service excellence your employees project.
I just wanted you to know that you have accomplished an environment where the customers feel like family and the person assisting them treat them as a person and not a number.
